Special Equipment update

I looked into the Weapon Descriptions again and compared my newly designed Alchemist-, Corroding-, and Holy Water Arrows to the normal flasks and concluded they where much stronger. I redesigned them so the effects of the arrows would be exactly the same as with the classic flasks, making the items more balanced and the extra cost relate purely to the range advantages of being an arrow instead of a thrown weapon. I am puzzled i haven’t noticed this earlier…
I also adjusted the Giant Alchemist Arrow accordingly. It is still much stronger than a regular Alchemist arrow (also setting splashed creatures on fire), but since it is siegeweapon-ammunition i do not see a problem there.
